Porter's eponymous 'Tanker' series has used an original fabric developed after the motif of the US Air Force 'MA-1' flight jacket since its introduction in 1983. The three-layer fabric of nylon twill, polyester cotton and nylon taffeta is very lightweight and impresses with the soft feel of the binding material and the bright rescue orange inside.
