We want our online shop to be usable by as many people as possible – regardless of impairments, device or assistive technology.

Legal framework

Under Sec. 3(3) of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG), the accessibility requirements do not apply to micro-enterprises that offer or provide services. A micro-enterprise is an undertaking with fewer than 10 employees and an annual turnover of no more than EUR 2 million or an annual balance sheet total of no more than EUR 2 million. YES ORIGINAL POLAND Sp. z o.o. meets these criteria. We are therefore not legally obliged to implement the BFSG requirements, but we voluntarily use them as a guideline.

What we already provide

• a responsive layout usable on smartphone, tablet and desktop;
• operability of all essential functions (navigation, search, cart, checkout) without a mouse;
• alternative texts for product images;
• clear form labels and understandable error messages during checkout;
• no automatically starting video or audio.

Where limitations may remain

Individual areas of our shop – in particular embedded third-party content (e.g. videos, external payment windows) – may not yet fully meet common standards. We are improving these areas step by step.
