Allike offers a seamless returns experience. As a customer with a shipping address in Germany, you can download a prepaid DPD label here . We charge a fee of €2.99 for this.

For international returns , please follow the instructions under "Detailed Return Instructions".

Test your purchase at home and take your time to decide. If you don't like something, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

The products must be unused and all tags must still be attached. If you ordered shoes, please ensure you return them with the intact shoebox and double-boxed . If the shoebox is damaged, we may have to deduct an amount from your refund in accordance with our terms and conditions .

Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, an exchange is currently not possible.

Please return your order to us as a normal return and reorder the desired item.

Return fee

German customers can return their items with DPD. You can download a prepaid return label here .

We charge a fee of €2.99 for this usage.

This fee, in addition to covering shipping costs, supports our Allike Sustainability Program . This sustainability program helps the Allike Store and you, our customers, to make the world a little more sustainable. Key aspects include:

  • We plant trees every month to offset our carbon footprint.
  • Use of sustainable packaging materials
  • We use green electricity in all our stores, offices and warehouses, as well as for our servers.

Detailed return instructions

To return an item, please pack it securely and ensure it cannot be damaged in transit. Then send the item back using our return label or at your own expense to:

Please be sure to pack the item in an additional box. Do not use the shoe box as the shipping box. Any damage to the product (including the packaging) may result in deductions from the refund.

Broken/Incorrect Item

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we are truly sorry. To resolve this as quickly as possible, please contact our customer service .

We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.

refund

If you have cancelled your order, we will refund the amount paid to your original payment method. This can take between 3 and 5 business days, depending on your bank.

If you return your order, processing the return and refund may take 10-14 days.

Repeat returns:

In the event of repeated returns (depending on the timeframe and number of returns – at Allike Store's discretion), we reserve the right to refuse further orders from you. An order may be canceled by us if you are identified as a customer with repeated returns. If we identify you, we will inform you by email about the closure of your account and further actions.
