Do I need an account to order?

How long will my order take?

Delivery times vary depending on the country and shipping service provider.

We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Can I cancel my order?

Your order will be transferred to our logistics immediately after successful payment. A cancellation is therefore generally not possible.

In rare cases, a cancellation may still be possible. Contact our customer service for this - best by phone.

What size do I need?

The size and fit of a garment often varies from brand to brand and model to model. To help you choose the right size, you can view the size chart and product measurements on each product page.

Can I return my order?

At Allike, we understand that shopping online sometimes means you have to return or exchange something. That's why we try to make it as easy as possible for you and offer a 30-day return policy.

Why is my shipment number not working?

Sometimes UPS or DHL need up to 24 hours to show status changes in tracking. If we have sent you a tracking number or you have found it in your account and it still does not return results after 24 hours, please contact us here.

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one here. Alternatively, click "Forgotten?" on the login page and request a new password.

Can you delete my data?

Your privacy is very important to us. Therefore, you can contact us to delete your personal data that we have collected in accordance with the GDPR.

Please note that in some cases we may not be able to delete the data, for example if we are contractually obliged to keep it.

In any case, we will let you know within 48 hours how we will proceed with your request.
