You can collect points in various ways, for example by making purchases, recommending us to friends and family and other actions. You can find more information in the "Collect points" section on this page, but please note that you must be logged in to collect points.

Redeeming your points for rewards is easy! Simply add products to your shopping cart, go to the checkout and select the reward you would like to use on your next purchase.

Alternatively, you can exchange points for rewards on your membership page.

In our loyalty program, tiers refer to different levels of membership that you can reach by earning points or making purchases. Each level offers exclusive benefits that increase depending on your engagement and activity, rewarding your loyalty more and making your purchase an even more exclusive experience.

Referring someone is easy! Check out the referral section and share your referral with someone. You can do this in different ways: enter their email address, send them your referral link or invite them directly via WhatsApp.

Your points expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity means that you do not interact with our program, e.g. redeem points, place an order or carry out other actions to collect points, but don't worry: we will remind you in good time before your points expire.

Yes, our team in the Hamburg store will be happy to help you with any questions about our loyalty program. They will also help you to redeem your rewards directly in the store.

You cannot use your points in conjunction with a discount code. However, if you make a purchase with a discount code, you will still collect points.

Your Champagne Taste Society account is linked to your existing account with us and is already collecting points. If you don't have an account with us yet, you can create one via our registration page.
