Returns

Allike offers a seamless returns experience. As a customer with a shipping address in Germany, you can download a prepaid DPD label here. We charge a fee of €2.99 for this.

For international returns, follow the instructions under “Detailed returns instructions”.

Test your purchase at home and take your time to make your decision. If you don't like something, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

The products must be in an unused condition and all labels must still be attached. If you have ordered shoes, please make sure that you return them with the shoe box intact and double-packed. If the shoe box is damaged, we may have to deduct an amount from your refund in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Exchange

For logistical reasons, an exchange is currently not possible.

Please send your order back to us as a normal return and reorder the desired item.

Returns fee

German customers can post their returns with DPD. You can download a prepaid returns label here.

We charge a fee of €2.99 for this use .

In addition to covering the shipping costs, this fee serves our Allike Sustainability Program. This sustainability program helps the Allike Store and you as customers to make the world a little more sustainable. Important points are:

  • We plant trees every month to offset our CO2 footprint
  • Use of sustainable packaging materials
  • Purchase of green electricity in all our stores, our offices and warehouses, as well as for our servers

Detailed returns instructions

To return an item, please pack the item securely and ensure that it cannot be damaged in transit. Then send the item back to us at your own expense:

Please pack the item in an additional box. Do not use the shoe box as a shipping box. Any damage to the product (including the packaging) may result in deductions from the refund.

Broken/false article

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we are sincerely sorry. To resolve this as quickly as possible, please contact our customer service.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

Reimbursement

Wenn Du Deine Bestellung storniert hast, werden wir dir den gezahlten Betrag auf deine Bezahlart zurückerstatten. Dies kann je nach Bank zwischen 3 und 5 Werktagen dauern.

Wenn Du Deine Bestellung zurücksendest, kann die Bearbeitung der Rücksendung und der Erstattung 10-14 Tage in Anspruch nehmen.

Repeated returns:

In case of repeated returns (depending on time frame and number of returns - at Allike Store's discretion), we reserve the right to refuse further orders from you. An order may be canceled by us if you have been identified as a customer with repeated returns. If we identify you, we will notify you by email of the closure of your account and further action.
