In 2015, adidas launched a prototype shoe made from recycled plastic at the United Nations. We have taken an important first step towards a more sustainable future. With this running shoe, adidas were inspired by this historic moment and celebrate the fifth anniversary of there collaboration with Parley. It comes with a seamless, knitted upper made from recycled plastic waste yarn that is collected on beaches and in coastal areas before it can enter the sea.This product is made with Parley Ocean Plastic.
