The story of the Adidas ZX started in 1985. Back then the silhouette was introduced as a running concept - which has been the basis of the ZX ever since. Over the years, the ZX line developed a rich history, is beloved by sneakerheads, and even got the status of a "classic". Due to the huge success, Adidas did not hesitate to evolve the line with models like the ZX 7000 or ZX 500 - all of them following the footsteps of the OG.
The newest addition to the ZX family is the ZX 10.000C. It comes with typical ZX characteristics like the Torsion system and the recognizable upper. However, the theme of the 10.000C is about the question of how a modern sneaker from our time would look like back in the 80s and 90s? Adidas' answer is the ZX 10.000C: the beige midsole combined with the turquoise and black upper do keep it old-school and give this silhouette a perfect touch of the 80s and 90s.
