Edmmond Studios was founded in Madrid in 2014. The company was born with the goal of uniting and redefining contemporary fashion culture. The founders of the company were looking for a brand that could embody and convey their ideas. Since they could not find any, they decided to found their own.
The name of a brand is of paramount importance to quickly identify its aim and values: the founders aimed at showcasing a contemporary vision of fashion with European influence, tailoring together traditional and contemporary fashion motifs on the robust basis of the best materials. The idea of the Edmmond garments is that they adapt dynamically to every personality, in the same fashion of the disguises of a character from a novel. The company was then named after the complex and ever-changing protagonist of the Count of Montecristo, Edmond Dantès.
At the very beginning, Edmmond Studios started as an online store. In 2016, the first store was opened in Madrid, in Calle Claudio Coello 21. The idea was to provide customers the chance of experiencing the product and the quality. The success of the first store led to the opening of two more, one in Madrid and another one in Valencia. At the same time, the brand expanded its market across the borders, first in Europe and then overseas in the US and Asia.
