Recap: Community Flea Market

Last Sunday, the Community Flea Market by Allike & a.plus took place.
Typical for the Hamburg autumn, the weather on that day was characterized by rain and low temperatures. But in order not to stand in the rain, we spontaneously moved the flea market indoors, after it was originally planned for the inner courtyard.

Together with all the sellers, we set up the tables in the Allike store and in front of it on the roofed ramp. The tables were quickly filled with both vintage and brand new pieces. From clothes, shoes, accessories and skate decks up to collectible figures and magazines, everything was on display.

At 10:00 AM the doors opened and visitors swarmed in. With great interest the visitors browsed through the exhibited items. Many articles changed the owner which resulted in happy faces on all sides.

Besides the many nice vintage pieces, the positive atmosphere and the lively exchange among each other were the highlights of the event. All visitors and sellers chatted with each other and created a super relaxed vibe.

Those interested could get a tattoo by Mina aka @stichstichstich on site and take home a souvenir directly on the body.

To get warm and recharge your batteries after the vintage shopping spree, there were delicious sandwiches and hot drinks offered next door at Willi's. The sandwich grill hardly stood still, as the sandwiches went down so well with everyone.

We thank all of you who were there - both as visitors and as sellers! It was great fun to see you all and to chat with you. A big thanks also to Mina for the tattoos and to Willi's for the culinary support.
